Research shows that bamboo charcoal from 4-6 year-old Moso bamboo produced in Taiwan’s Zhushan region has high-quality far infrared rays, which prompted the development of Taiwanese bamboo charcoal products. The exclusive collaboration with Tianxing Kiln led to the creation of this Taiwanese boutique bamboo charcoal energy ceramic.

The bamboo charcoal is mixed with clay and fired, resulting in an easy-to-clean, durable product that is more convenient to use. The far infrared rays released by bamboo charcoal activate and refine water molecules, promoting absorption by the body's cells. Placing it in a cup of water is an excellent health product.

Various beverages can also benefit from the far infrared rays, improving the taste of coffee, tea, wine, etc. It is most effective with liquids but can also be used for cooking rice, making soups, or stewing meat.

For daily use, place the ceramic balls in a cup, water kettle, or directly in a water dispenser. It is also suitable for fish tanks and potted plants.

Q2. What liquids can they be used with?

Tea, wine, coffee, soup, and other liquid beverages. Generally, they start working immediately when placed in the liquid, with faster effects in warm liquids.

Owner’s Test Results:

Tea, coffee: Improves taste, makes the drink smoother.
Wine: Reduces sharpness in strong liquor, refines the taste.
Water: Placed in a water dispenser or bottle, makes the water smoother.

Q3. How to use and the amount of water:

Each ceramic ball or bar is effective for approximately 500cc of water. Use one for 500cc, two for 1000cc, and so on. It is recommended to use different products separately to avoid flavor interference.

Q4. How do the ceramic balls work?

The ceramic balls utilize far infrared physical reactions to vibrate water molecule structures. The wavelengths emitted by the bamboo charcoal ceramic balls range from 4-18μm. A small amount of far infrared rays is very safe for human use and is commonly applied in medical and beauty fields.

Q5. How to clean and maintain:

Clean with regular detergent, then air dry or dry in a dishwasher (do not sun dry!). Avoid flavor interference by using different liquids separately, such as soup and tea. If there is tea stain, use sodium carbonate to remove it.

Q6. What is the lifespan?

The ceramic balls function to smoothen water quality with far infrared rays, not to adsorb impurities, and can be reused, thus having "no expiration date."

Q7. Variations in color and shape:

Due to different batches of clay and kiln positions, color variations are natural. All products are guaranteed to be brand new and safe to use. The bar and ball shapes have the same effect despite their different appearances.

Q8. Other Precautions:

Do not bake in an oven to avoid cracks due to temperature differences. Fragile; avoid heavy impacts.
Cracking on the surface due to sudden temperature changes in boiling water is normal but does not affect usage.
Be careful with special coatings in containers to avoid scratches.
The ceramic balls use physical reactions and lose their effect when out of liquid. Correct placement ratios must be followed (500ml for one ball, 1000ml for two balls, and so on).

Q9. Can they be directly boiled in an electric kettle?

Yes, they can be boiled with water or added after boiling. However, ceramics are sensitive to temperature changes. Surface cracks are normal and do not affect usage. Be cautious with special coatings inside the kettle to avoid scratches.

Q10. Can they change water quality?

The ceramic balls work to "make water smoother." For water quality issues, it is recommended to improve the "source of water" by installing filters suitable for drinking water.
